Mr. Karen graduated from UC Davis School of Law in 2017. As a law student, Mr. Karen received recognition by American Association for Justice for his academic article on class certification and medical device regulations. Lawsuits based on the subject matter of Mr. Karen’s article have resulted in development of federal law relating to the duties of medical device manufacturers and medical providers, resulting in increased protection to consumers.
Mr. Karen’s work on behalf of civil plaintiffs in both state and federal court has led to favorable settlements in multiple cases against public entities, corporations and individuals. Connor M. Karen currently represents plaintiffs (and/or petitioners) in the following contexts:
